We have refined the CMB testing strategy of the NTU framework.
Based on the first feedback received on the project, we have now clarified the specific type of microwave and radio anomalies we are looking for.
In the NTU framework, the hypothesis is that some residual structures currently treated as foreground uncertainties, diffuse radio excesses, calibration artifacts, or secondary corrections could instead correspond to fossil signatures of cosmological rigidification transitions.
The NTU prediction is not the existence of narrow spectral lines, but rather broad multi-frequency coherence regimes (“spectral bumps”) potentially remaining after standard foreground subtraction and CMB cleaning procedures.
The current work is therefore focused on identifying coherent residual structures near the predicted NTU frequency bands and determining whether they can be distinguished from conventional foreground models.
